You can retrieve your Student ID number (B-number) or Titan Student Email address by .
Since May 9, 2023, ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û students must log in to the myÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û portal and other applications accessed through Titan Sign In with their Titan email address and password. That email address was sent to you when you were accepted to ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û.
Once logged in you can also retrieve your student ID number by clicking the myGPS icon to visit the degree self-auditing system and you will see your Student ID listed, which begins with a "B".
If you are not able to obtain your Student ID number through the online options above, please contact the Admissions Office at any campus.
Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.

to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Please be sure to include ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û’s school code, which is 001470 or the site allows you to search for it, to ensure your application is sent to us.
Approximately two weeks after you have submitted your FAFSA, you may check the status of your award information through your student portal. If you are not yet a student, you may contact any campus financial aid office for the status.
ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û offers hundreds of scholarships for ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û students each year via Titan Scholarships, many of them funded through the generosity of donors to the ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û Foundation. The online Titan Scholarships system is used to advertise and award scholarships to ensure that scholarships are advertised equitably to all Eastern Florida students.

To drop a class and get a full tuition refund, you must submit the request by the established "Last Date to Drop a Class" deadline. See the Academic Calendar on the website to see the last day to drop a class.
You may drop a class in person or online. Any tuition paid for a class dropped by the deadline will be refunded. The course will not appear on your ÍõÖÐÍõÌúËãÅÌ¿ª½±½á¹û transcript. After the drop deadline, you must withdraw from the class, following established procedures.
To drop a course:

- Click on Registration
- Click Add/Drop
- Select Term and Click Submit
- Select courses to be dropped and click Submit Changes

All withdrawals must be submitted by the Academic Calendar's published deadline to be eligible for the "W" grade. Withdrawal forms must be complete. Students receiving financial aid or veterans benefits must consult with that office to determine the effect on benefits. High school students in dual enrollment or early admissions must first consult with their high school to ensure the withdrawal will have no impact on their high school graduation.

You can also call the IT Support Desk at 321-433-7600 and a Technical Support Agent will assist with resetting your password. Have your student ID number available. The IT Support Desk hours are 7 AM to midnight, seven days a week.
